Are you a coffee lover?? Then do these DIY coffee mask and scrub for getting a healthy glowing brighten skin

Who else there love the smell and flavor of coffee like me??? 

Coffee is a rich source of antioxidants that protects our skin against free radicals that damage and age us. Today I am sharing with you how you can make coffee face scrub and face mask at home. I just love the fragrance of the coffee. If you want a healthy glowing skin, use this mask and grab the smell for a whole day in your body and face. Just do it !!!!!

• The caffeine in coffee stimulates the skin and improves blood flow to the face, that makes us look radiant and bright.   

• It minimizes fine lines and protects against the loss of moisture, making it the ideal choice for anti-aging. 

• Coffee helps to reverse the damage of UV rays! So definitely make sure to slather this on if you happen to go too much in sun or if you have sun damaged skin. 

• It will help restore your skin from damage!

It is so easy to make. Here are the ingredients -

DIY COFFEE SCRUB 

Ingredients : 

Coffee Crumbs                           1 tsp

Olive Oil/ Coconut Oil                 1 tsp         

Sugar                                       1 tsp     

                           

Mix all these well in a scrub like consistency. Apply to your face and the body parts you want to apply. Do a scrub and see the change in your skin. It will make the skin more clear and remove the dead skin cells.

DIY COFFEE MASK

Ingredients : 

Coffee                                           1 tsp

Gram Flour                                    1 tsp

Curd Or Yogurt(not mandatory)       2 tsp

Honey                                           1 tsp

Then make a paste with all the ingredients by mixing them altogether. Make sure no lumps in it and make it smooth. Do not make the mask too watery. When dry, rinse it with water.

I love to make the coffee scrub for a longer period of time in an empty jar and seal it. It helps to save my time when I am in a hurry to scrub. :) :)
