Milk Treatment for Your Skin at home!!!!

Beauty Benefits of Milk 

Moisture: Milk is made up of 85% water, which is why when used in facial treatments, it helps to keep our face hydrated and plump. Moreover, milk has all the six nutrients.

Anti-aging: Protein, vitamins and minerals found in milk are said to have anti-aging properties.

Exfoliation: Enzymes found in milk help in shedding dead skin cells, leaving your skin smoother and your skin tone looking more even – a post-facial effect! Your skin will be lively. 

Lightening: Owing to its exfoliation properties, milk can help to lighten dark patches of pigmentation on the skin.

So, milk is called the "Remover of dead skin cells." 

Ingredients :

1) Milk                           2 tb spoon

2) Flour                         as per wish 
(I mix flour with milk until it becomes a                                                                        thick smooth mask)

3) Turmeric powder        a pinch

4) salt                           a pinch 
( You can avoid salt if it is allergic to you)

Method:

Mix all the ingredients well and apply to Your face, hand and neckline.. Wait till dry.. After that remove it with a wet towel or water directly.. :) This mixture will create an absolute glow and smoothness in your skin for sure... :) :)

Caution: If anyone has any allergical problem with the turmeric, the turmeric powder can be avoided totally! If someone wants to use the natural color of saffron , it can also be used instead of the turmeric powder .. ✌✌✌

This is the basic milk Treatment process. I use an additional ingredient sometimes, which is - "YC whitening milk extract facewash".
